Results again...

So this time I didn't loose nearly as much weight. In fact I only lost about 7 lbs this time around 9 if you count my lowest weight and not my final weight. But I lost WAY more inches. This time I felt myself really slimming, not just loosing fat. Which is Ok both ways.

So totals this time are
11 1/4 inches- total
7.5 lbs- total

Not too shabby. I would recommend this diet to anyone, but it takes a TON of self control. I managed to keep that self control really good the first time, not so good this time around.
My future goal is to keep working out doing my ball exercise alternating with other things that I feel like...lol. What I mean is I don't have a specific routine, but I want to do SOMETHING everyday so that I feel like I keep up the slimming and the toning.
