Workout

I have worked out using the ball or a 10 min "boot camp" for the past week and it feels really good. I have been doing pretty good about wanting to exercise everyday and the days I haven't really wanted to I do any way. Later that day I feel glad that I did. I didn't all weekend and I felt like I should have.
Todd is trying to wake up at 5:30 to go workout at the gym. He says he doesn't have any motivation to go by himself in the mornings, and I just don't have any at all to go that early. Maybe during the summer if we can go even 1/2 hour later I would probably be ok with that. The kids will be done with school so if I need I can come home and take a nap. So we'll see.
I have also looked into something called Energy Freedom Technique (EFT) and I like it so far. It a series of "tapping" and basically positive affirmations that help you change your energy for the better. Your body listens to what you tell it and your "energy" changes for the better. It's kind of weird and I am not fanatical about it, but I figure that thinking positive will help on any level. So I am giving it a try. My mom-in-law and Sis-in-law go to a family class once a week, but I drive to Provo so often I don't want to do it more than I need so I have been attempting it on my own. It probably would go a little better if I had the support, but oh-well. Something is better than nothing.
