My mom-in-law has a book that she has been trying out and I call it the Belly Fat book, I am not sure what the exact name is, but it is centered around foods that are supposed to be the cause of belly fat and how to avoid them. We copied a few recipes down from it and want to incorporate a lot of its theories into our regular, every day, diet. I still want to be good about maintaining after.
I think I will let my self run out the next couple of days and be done. I feel good about how far I've come. I hit the 20 lb mark, I fit into my thin jeans, and I think if I am aware of what I am eating and watch my portion control I can keep it off.
I have my 10 year reunion in July and I want to feel my best at that time, so that's my motivation to keep going and keep the weight off. I DO NOT want to be a yo-yo dieter.
