I haven't had much motivation this week. I haven't gone running once, but I have done some weight training and watching what I eat. That counts for something right? I have been pretty good about working on my legs with the leg work outs. It feels good. I hope it works and my legs slim down.
I guess I should go work out now....
Just keep plugging along! I've found that when I don't lose anything or even gain a couple back I try not to be too hard on myself. Then I start over and do the best I can. I think that's been the tip to my success thus far (ha ha... 6 weeks worth!) Good luck girl!
