I guess that's somewhat of an oxymoron. I have not ran for 2 weeks, thanks to a stomach bug and a cold, yuck! But I have been really good at watching my diet and I still have been doing 10-20 min of some-kind of exercise. I have been working on my legs, abs, and arms. So far my weight has been at least holding steady. I will weigh again in a day or two and see if that's really true or if I am kidding my self. We'll see I guess...
I really wish staying/getting in shape wasn't so hard...
