I do squats while loading the washer and dryer, I do lunges while picking up toys, I do a few crunches or pushups when I have a few min to burn (pun intended). I have also kept tapping and that seems, if nothing else, to keep me motivated. I want to figure out a way to get in more cardio. That seems the hardest to fit into the schedule. I think with the kids school ending this week it will help. I plan on bike rides, walks, and hikes and lots of them. It is swimsuit season (if the weather ever wants to cooperate) and I am feeling better than I was a few months ago about getting into one. Summer for me is way easier to stay in shape than winter. It's just something about those dang winter blues. I really want to keep something going even into fall and winter so I don't get that "winter bulge"
