I went with Todd to the gym today. I haven't been in months. Nothings changed. LOL. It was the same old (or young) body builder tuff guys working out and checking themselves out in the mirrors. I am sure the mirrors have a propose...I let you know when I find out.
It did feel good to do a whole body work out though. I am sure tomorrow I not be able to feel my arms, but one last push before we head to Vegas for our anniversary.
