Again.

I am thinking about about doing the HCG diet for one more 3 week course. I might do a little "tweaking" and change things up a bit. I am looking to loose about 10-15 more lbs. Just in time for summer :-)
I think I might add an egg for breakfast (just one) on the days that I am really hungry. I also might (cheat shhh) and dip my fork in a little salad dressing just to handle the salads a little better. Todd and my mom want to try it again to. So we'll see how it goes. I might have a day around Todd's graduation BBQ that we have just a little cake to celebrate...

  1. We did it for 4 weeks and then stopped because that last week we really weren't losing much at all. We're doing the abs diet right now, it's so much easier, more like a healthy lifestyle change rather than a "diet". I will do the HCG again, but only for the 21 day cycle. I noticed all my weight came off in those first 3 weeks and not so much after that. Besides, I think 21 days is manageable. After that, it's completely miserable! I'd like to get some more weight off before my sister's wedding in June.
