Well....
...I've done a good job maintaining. Ha ha. I think my body's slightly out of whack right now, and so I think I have had a hard time with water weight. I am trying to break a certain weight that seems to be a hard one for me. I am not too discouraged, because I figure anything this time lost will be a bonus. But to get another 5 lbs off would be WONDERFUL!
I will just keep going and work really hard on exercise. Last week I did REALY good on inches and that alone has made it totally worth it. So as long as those keep coming off I feel pretty good. My thin pants are fitting a little better also, so again, another plus!

A small mile stone!
I put on my "thin" pants last night and they FIT! They are still a little snug and I will fill more comfortable once a couple more lbs come off and they aren't quite as tight. But Todd keeps telling me they look Ok so I might try wearing them today.
Todd looks really good! He is almost at a lower weight than he was in high school. It feels good for both of us to work on this together again and to be in pretty good shape.
I have started to add a few crunches and weights to try to tone, while shrink. LOL

Day 5, agian
I am finding that it is hard to fallow this a second time around. I have been pretty good but find myself cheating just a little here and there.
It's pretty funny how when your hungry, and haven't had sugar for a while, how much better your nose seems to work. I can smell sugar from the other room. Todd thinks it's pretty funny. I can open a cabinet and tell if some sweets are hiding.
I have lost .9 more than my lightest weight, so overall not to bad. I wonder this time if it will stay at about 1 lb a day. That wouldn't be too bad, I can deal with that. 21 days for the diet 21 lbs...ha ha nice joke. But I would be ok with another 10-12 lbs. That would be awesome!

Day 2, Round 2
So Todd and I started the diet again yesterday. We were both tired and a little grumpy so the first day wasn't so great. But today I feel good and ready to go.
I gave my self a 5 lb window when I finished last time, and I have managed to stay very easily in that window. In fact it hasn't gone above about 3lbs. I would gain a little then loose it, gain a little then loose. Gorging for two days I gained 3 lbs back, but lost most of it yesterday. I am about 1.5 lbs from my lightest weight ending the diet a few weeks ago.
I think it was good to take a break in between the cycles. I don't think I could have maintained a 6 week cycle. It's a lot of work! Congrats to my friends who did it also and lost!!

Again.
I am thinking about about doing the HCG diet for one more 3 week course. I might do a little "tweaking" and change things up a bit. I am looking to loose about 10-15 more lbs. Just in time for summer :-)
I think I might add an egg for breakfast (just one) on the days that I am really hungry. I also might (cheat shhh) and dip my fork in a little salad dressing just to handle the salads a little better. Todd and my mom want to try it again to. So we'll see how it goes. I might have a day around Todd's graduation BBQ that we have just a little cake to celebrate...

Camping?
Well, so, I haven't been so great at running. I should have planned better with my diet and all. I went camping and splurged a little. Luckily I didn't gain any weight. I didn't loose any, but I didn't gain...huge plus!
I want to get exercising again, but first I need to get over this dang cold. I have stayed pretty good in my 5 lbs window. I have gained a couple of days but then loose it...so I guess I'm doing something right :-)
