It's not just the lbs that count it's the fitness level I am at. I have notice a big difference in that since I started working out several months ago, so that's a plus. I still would like to get rid of that "relief society arm" and all those dimples and that flabby belly...you get the idea! I just figure after 1 1/2 years of having had a baby that I still wouldn't look like I just had one!
For the most part I am just venting...I would really like to try the Body for Life and give it a good go for 6 weeks. I need something to change! I can't take it any more! So I will work out six days a week, try the "diet" also, and pray that works.
On another note...the gym was busy today. I think the zoobies are back...
