For those who don't know. Body-For-Life is a program that combines weight training, cardio, and a "diet" plan. It not so much of a diet as it is a way of eating change. For example in stead of eating 3 big meals a day, you eat 6 small meals. You balance out carbs, protein, and fresh fruits and veggies. It encourages you to drink A LOT more water and eat fresh stuff. It's a good program and I know a lot of people that have really slimmed down and toned up on the program.
Sounds like a plan!!! Kudos to you for attempting to start back working out... life would be so busy just after moving and stuff!!!
