I have been doing better on my eating. I have been TRYING to eat better but I notice I have been ALOT better with my portions. I stop when I start feeling full instead of just shoveling it in. (I can eat quite a lot when I want to!) I know, I know I said this before....but practice makes perfect. I really feel my appetite slowing down a little. I have been trying to make sure my snacks are a healthy snack and not so sugar filled. I did make brownies last night but they were home-made and low calorie! It also helps that it is summer time and so eating a big, hot, meal is just not appealing, and fresh veggies are plentiful!
I'm so proud of you! My diet and exercise routine has gone out the window. I can't say I blame it completely on Chris but he's sort of dropped out when he was doing those graveyards and it's hard to say "no" to things when he's having them. When I go grocery shopping, I'll restock on my good food and resort to doing it whether he's doing it or not. I need to up my motivation!!!
