Starting Week 2

Well Hello there-
I had a busy weekend. I didn't work out Saturday, but we did yard work and, man!, Did I get a work out! We dug out ground cover at my Grandpa's house. I don't think I have worked that hard in a LONG time. We worked from 8:30 -2:30 with about a 20 min break for lunch.
I was SO sore yesterday, today my legs were still killing me! I made Mr. T only do abbs today, because I didn't think my legs or arms could stand any more abuse. He had me do sit-ups while holding a ball, then throwing it to him when I was sitting up, then he would toss it back and I would do another sit-up and repeat. I know I have a long way to go in the abdominal area when he tells me to lean back and hold it, then I topple over :-)
I did the bike for a half hour, then moved on to treadmil. Again, my legs were killing me, so I walked but at a 4.5 incline. It still got my heart going and I still sweated like crazy, so it must have done some good!
