I know numbers aren't supposed to be such a big deal and I am trying to not put too much into them, but still. I just wish that things would show a little faster for all the work I am doing.
Maybe it's because I am tired, so that equals a little more emotional, I don't know, I'm just rambling...
I have felt like my stamina is getting better though. I can run longer without my chest burning and feeling like I want to pass out. So I guess that's good.
It still is frustrated! I recommend sparkpeople.com to track your calories. They have you enter your goal weight and by what date you want to be there at and then they give you your calorie range to eat in everyday and how many calories to burn during your exercise and you track that too. You should check it out.
