Holding steady...and trying new stuff.

I guess that's somewhat of an oxymoron. I have not ran for 2 weeks, thanks to a stomach bug and a cold, yuck! But I have been really good at watching my diet and I still have been doing 10-20 min of some-kind of exercise. I have been working on my legs, abs, and arms. So far my weight has been at least holding steady. I will weigh again in a day or two and see if that's really true or if I am kidding my self. We'll see I guess...

I really wish staying/getting in shape wasn't so hard...

Not much

I haven't had much motivation this week. I haven't gone running once, but I have done some weight training and watching what I eat. That counts for something right? I have been pretty good about working on my legs with the leg work outs. It feels good. I hope it works and my legs slim down.

I guess I should go work out now....

grrrr....

I don't know what to do. I get so frustrated. I have been running, eating better , not great but better, I have tried to stay active and yet...I get on the scales this morning and up another 2lbs. GRRR...
I know numbers aren't supposed to be such a big deal and I am trying to not put too much into them, but still. I just wish that things would show a little faster for all the work I am doing.
Maybe it's because I am tired, so that equals a little more emotional, I don't know, I'm just rambling...
I have felt like my stamina is getting better though. I can run longer without my chest burning and feeling like I want to pass out. So I guess that's good.
