I have lost 1 lb. I guess it's better than nothin! Hopefully if they keep going by Christmas I will have lost 4 lbs. We have still been pretty constitant even though we sleep in some mornings. Sometimes I think I am running up and down the stairs enough that that should count as part of my cardio! I have been pushing my self on the weights at the gym and it feels good. Sore. But good. Now not to gain back that 1 lb during the holiday!
