So today, I ran/walked 3.1 miles, 5k...(I was wrong on my last post it is 3.1 not 3.2 oops) anyway, I was able to go the distance in 50 min. I know it's pathetic time, but I did it! I timed my self and I really felt like I pushed hard. Now I officially have something to go off of. I know what I need to work hard on. Mr. T is...well....WAY more in shape so I won't even mention his time :-)
We haven't been working on weights this week. We both have barely had the motivation to go, so we're doing pretty good to do cardio. I am excited to get back into weights next week though. I want to continue working on toning my stomach and working on my arms also.
